CCC and ADG Awarded $82 Million Contract by U.S. Army for Specialized Shoe Covers

OTTAWA, Ontario, March 11, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CCC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded an indefinite quantity, indefinite duration contract by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) for shoe covers manufactured by Airboss Defense Group (ADG). These

specialized shoe covers provide protection against chemical and biological threats. ADG will provide shoe covers to the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, the agency responsible for ensuring that U.S. armed forces have access to critical supplies and equipment.

ADG is a leading supplier to the integrated Canadian-U.S. defence industrial base, specializing in protective equipment and response technologies designed to protect military forces, first responders and industrial workers. ADG’s Canadian division is renowned for its expertise in products such as chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) protective equipment. To date, CCC and ADG have worked together on contracts with the U.S. military worth more than $400 million.

CCC is the U.S. DoD’s designated contracting authority for Canadian procurements over $250,000 USD. Through the free U.S. DoD Prime Contractor service , CCC enables Canadian companies like Airboss Defence Group (ADG) to provide the U.S. DoD with Canadian-made solutions.
