Personalized support for sustainable integration

The measure will be rolled out in partnership with organizations in all regions of Quebec. It will allow young people to benefit from personalized intervention activities designed specifically to meet their needs. Initially, the initiatives will aim to develop skills to prepare for their entry into the labour market. Subsequently, work experience in a company combined with socio-professional support will be offered. Those who take part will receive an employment assistance allowance in the first phase of the measure and remuneration from the employer in the second phase.
